Lauren has over 25 years of experience in leading global biotech and pharmaceutical programs, and is the founder of InspireBio Consulting. She is known for her inspirational leadership and positive approach to solving complex issues in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Her successes span all phases of drug development, from pipeline planning through lifecycle and portfolio strategy, including multiple successful launches and both rare and chronic conditions. She has held leadership roles at BioMarin, Actelion Pharmaceuticals, and Applied Biosystems/Life Technologies.

Lauren holds an A.B. from Harvard University in Biochemistry, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


Danny’s background includes nearly 20 years in communications in both agency and in-house roles, with experience planning and executing global programs for a variety of media platforms. 

He also has two boys with a rare mitochondrial disease and intimately understands the patient and family perspective, having founded his own patient advocacy organization in an effort to find a treatment for them. Danny has developed content and strategy for clients across a broad range of disease areas. He is skilled in breaking down complex scientific topics and designing communications that connect with KOL or family audiences and help clients achieve desired outcomes.  

Danny has a B.A. in history from the University of Florida, with a certificate in investor relations from UC Irvine Extension.


Tom is a cross-functional leader with 20 years of product development experience, including a special focus on rare disease.  He brings an analytical and collaborative style to solve complex problems and align stakeholders around a clear development strategy.  

Tom has program management leadership experience across all phases of clinical development.  He has led product development strategy for many therapeutic areas and modalities including neurology, metabolic, biologics, gene therapies, and combination products.  He served as program team leader of Brineura for CLN2 at BioMarin, leading to successful global approvals. Tom has a successful track record focusing on key considerations for program milestone go/no-go decisions and executive forums.

Tom earned a B.S. Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Masters of Business and Science from Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences, a member of The Claremont Colleges.


Brandi has nearly 20 years of experience in design and branding for start-ups and global brands. She is skilled in managing diverse teams and meeting demanding deadlines in ever-changing work environments.

Her work has spanned managing website development projects to designing advertising, marketing presentations and other collateral for clients in both genetic diseases and chronic conditions. Brandi’s ability to illustrate scientific subject matter, including complex clinical studies, helps clients communicate more effectively with patients, families, and clinicians for patient recruitment.

Brandi has a B.S. in Graphic Communication and a Minor in Art & Design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
